Those listings do not say heat is included. 11 Main Street is a 1960 upper-floor two-bedroom building, about $1,325 to $1,350, with a 12-month lease and a deposit that matches the rent. 81 Court Street is an 1870 one-bedroom building, about $950 to $1,050, in rehab until late 2027 or early 2028.

Budget for winter parking. The lot we run is at 91 Front Street, $130 a month or $1 an hour at the ParkID kiosk. OCCT covers campus from the downtown spine.
