The apartments we own are on Main Street, Court Street, and in Johnson City. We do not lease in Vestal, Endwell, Endicott, the West Side, Windsor, or Greene.

Come for a long weekend

Tour the unit before you pay the $45 Zillow screening fee. Drive the commute at the hour you would actually work it.

Check work, water, and winter

Mason Hall is the Johnson City answer for UHS Wilson. 8 Main and 11 Main are the downtown answer for Binghamton General, Lourdes, and the OCCT bus. Mason Hall includes heat. The Main Street listings do not say heat is included.

Apply on Zillow

We are a landlord, not a brokerage. Screening is $45 on Zillow and covers our buildings for 30 days. Rent is paid on Zillow. Repairs go to leasing@binghamtonliving.com.

Ask us before you sign

Tell us the hospital or the campus, the start date, and whether you need a pet or a shorter stay. We will say if one of our units can do it before you pay the screening fee.
