Downtown sits at the confluence of two rivers. The apartments we own here are studios at 8 Main Street, a 1910 building, about $780 to $810 and 460 to 500 square feet. Those listings do not say heat is included. Two-bedrooms at 11 Main Street, a 1960 building on the upper floor, about $1,325 to $1,350, with a 12-month lease and a deposit that matches the rent. One-bedrooms at 81 Court Street, an 1870 building, about $950 to $1,050, are in rehab until late 2027 or early 2028. Monthly parking is the gated lot at 91 Front Street. From 8 Main Street the BU Downtown Center is about a seven-minute walk. We do not lease residential units above the Court Street bar row, and we do not put residential tenants on a ground-floor Front Street unit.
