The apartments we lease are on Main Street, Court Street, and in Johnson City. Downtown is walkable. Campus is a bus or a car. Mason Hall listings call Wilson a 5-minute drive.

Winter is part of the deal. The old downtown note says shorter scrapes off the car are the reason some people pick downtown, and off-street parking is where people get blindsided. Monthly parking is the lot at 91 Front Street.
