Court Street
The downtown apartments we own are studios at 8 Main, two-bedrooms at 11 Main, and one-bedrooms at 81 Court Street.
8 Main Street is four studios in a 1910 building, about $780 to $810. Those listings do not say heat is included. 11 Main Street is two-bedrooms about $1,325 to $1,350. 81 Court Street is exposed-brick one-bedrooms about $950 to $1,050, in rehab until late 2027 or early 2028.
You can walk to the Forum, Confluence Park, and most of the restaurants. Groceries still mean a short drive or a bus. Monthly parking is the gated lot at 91 Front Street.

Not from us. We own studios at 8 Main Street, two-bedrooms at 11 Main, and one-bedrooms at 81 Court Street. Those are apartments, not lofts. Open units are on the rentals page, each with a Zillow apply link.
South of Court Street on weekend nights, yes. Upper floors and buildings off the bar blocks are quieter. Tell us if you need sleep more than nightlife.
If you work in the courthouse, hospital-adjacent offices, or a Court Street shop, yes. Campus is a bus or a drive.
