Those listings do not say heat is included. Cats are welcome, and dogs under 40 pounds are case by case, at $25 a month. Unit 2 is the studio whose listing names on-street parking. 11 Main Street is a 1960 building: upper-floor two-bedrooms, about $1,325 and $1,350, 920 and 950 square feet, ten-to-twelve foot ceilings. Those leases are 12 months, parking is on the street, and the deposit matches the rent.
