How does the gate and access card work?
The lot is gated with card-only entry. After you lock in at BinghamtonParking.com, a physical access card is issued for in-person pickup. Tap the card at the gate to enter, tap it to leave, as many times as your plan allows.
Where exactly is 91 Front St?
91 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905, between Court Street and the Susquehanna, on the west side of Front. The old page says it is two blocks from the Walter's Shoe Store building, three from 88 Front, and five from 8 Main.
Is the lot open to the public?
Yes. The rest of the lot is open to anyone working, eating, or visiting downtown. Hourly drop-in is $1, paid at the ParkID kiosk, credit card only, or in the app. Stay as long as you need.
Are there cameras? Is it secure?
The old page says the lot is fenced and well lit at night, and that cameras cover both entrances.
Can I cancel the 24/7 monthly pass?
Cancel on BinghamtonParking.com. This page does not publish a cutoff hour.
Can I come and go at 3 a.m.?
Yes. The 24/7 card works any hour with no curfew, call-ahead, or notification required.
Is it close to BU off-campus housing and the frat houses?
The lot is at 91 Front Street, between the Court Street and Clinton Street bridges. We do not publish a list of Greek houses, and we do not own a West Side apartment.
Can I share my access card with a roommate?
No. Physical access cards are personal and non-transferable.
Does the 24/7 pass roll over for summer?
Yes, unless you cancel. If you are going home for summer, cancel on BinghamtonParking.com. A pause is not automatic.
Where do I see if a school-year spot is open?
Open spots are listed on BinghamtonParking.com. We do not publish a count of spaces left.
