Vestal is the closest town to campus. We do not own an apartment there.
Student buildings in Vestal turn over every summer. That inventory is not ours. The apartments we lease are studios at 8 Main Street, two-bedrooms at 11 Main, and Mason Hall in Johnson City.
On OCCT the published bus time downtown is about 14 to 22 minutes, 30 to 35 on a bad run, and door-to-door is usually 30 to 45. The ride is free with a BU ID. Mason Hall is a car to campus, not a walk. Leases are 12 months on Zillow.
