Faculty often want Vestal. That search is a different landlord. The apartments we own are downtown at 8 Main and 11 Main, and at Mason Hall and 291 Riverside Drive in Johnson City.
Mason Hall is a two-bedroom with heat, hot water, sewer, trash, and internet included, off-street parking, about $1,650. The listings do not say electric is included. It is a car to campus, not a walk.
