The one-bedrooms we own are at 81 Court Street, a historic 1870 building in the Court Street Corridor. They are 600 to 680 square feet on floors 2 through 4, about $950 to $1,050, with exposed brick, on-street parking, a 12-month lease, and a deposit that matches the rent. Cats are welcome. Dogs under 40 pounds are case by case at $25 a month. The building is in rehab until late 2027 or early 2028.
