The apartments we lease are full units, not a per-bedroom student house. Downtown studios at 8 Main and two-beds at 11 Main are on the OCCT spine. Mason Hall in Johnson City fits if you have a car and want heat, hot water, sewer, trash, and internet in the rent. The listings do not say electric is included.
Leases are 12 months on Zillow. Guarantors are fine. We do not own a Vestal apartment, and we do not own a West Side group house.
