The least expensive apartments we own are the studios at 8 Main Street, a 1910 building, 460 to 500 square feet, in the high $700s to low $800s. That is a full apartment: your own kitchen and your own door.
We do not publish a per-bedroom student rent. The old off-campus note describes West Side group houses as a different product from a 12-month apartment. We do not own a West Side apartment.
Mason Hall states heat, hot water, sewer, trash, and internet in the $1,650 rent. The 8 Main and 11 Main listings do not say heat or internet is included. Apply on Zillow after you tour.
