Best neighborhoods in Binghamton

The apartments we lease are downtown and in Johnson City. Endwell, Vestal, the West Side, and the South Side are other towns. We do not own an apartment there.

Neighborhoods

Downtown is where we lease 8 Main, 11 Main, and 81 Court. Johnson City is where we lease Mason Hall and Riverside. Endwell, Vestal, Endicott, the West Side, Windsor, and Greene are real towns. We do not own an apartment in them.

If you need a house, a yard, or a Vestal walk to campus, that is a different landlord. Tour one of our units if downtown or Johnson City fits the job.

For a unit we own: downtown if you want to walk, Johnson City if the hospital is the job. We do not own an apartment on the West Side, in Endwell, Vestal, or Endicott.

Where should families live in Broome County?

We do not own a house. If you want one of our apartments, Mason Hall and Riverside are the two-bedrooms in Johnson City.

Where should I live without a car?

Downtown Binghamton, and only if you accept a bus or a ride for big groceries. Everywhere else assumes a car.
