The apartments we lease are Mason Hall at 32 Riale Avenue and 291 Riverside Drive in Johnson City, studios at 8 Main Street, two-bedrooms at 11 Main Street, and one-bedrooms at 81 Court Street. 81 Court is in rehab until late 2027 or early 2028. Mason Hall listings put heat, hot water, sewer, trash, and internet in the rent. They do not say electric is included.
