Reviewing Zillow application requirements

Check current screening instructions and lawful charges before submitting.

By Binghamton Living

Applications for our units remain on Zillow. Some published links open an exact unit and others open an address search. A search result does not identify an accepting application for the apartment you want.

Match the street address and unit identifier, then ask leasing to confirm current status and application instructions. Confirm the requested screening information, any lawful charge and any reusable-report or accommodation question before submitting. There is no universal fee or approval promise in this checklist.

Use the confirmed provider to submit records. Do not send Social Security numbers, identity documents, payment details or financial records through the public website inquiry form.

Keep the application receipt and leasing correspondence. RentRedi is the separate invited account for current tenants, rent payments and routine maintenance; an applicant should not assume that a tenant account is an application portal.

Follow our application handoff, check the linked Zillow Help Center for current provider support and use tenant help only for invited tenant access.
