The apartments we lease are in downtown Binghamton and Johnson City. We do not lease the West Side, Vestal, Endicott, Endwell, Windsor, or Greene.
Stay downtown if you want to test a walk to dinner. Stay in Johnson City if you want the hospital buildings. We do not own an apartment on the West Side.
The apartments we lease are 8 Main, 11 Main, and 81 Court Street downtown, plus Mason Hall and 291 Riverside Drive in Johnson City. 81 Court Street is in rehab until late 2027 or early 2028. Email leasing@binghamtonliving.com and tour before you apply on Zillow.
