SUNY Broome sits on the Front Street side of downtown. The apartments we own nearby are 8 Main and 11 Main.
We do not own a West Side apartment. Students who want a short trip to SUNY Broome look at 8 Main Street studios and 11 Main Street two-bedrooms. Mason Hall in Johnson City is a drive.
Street parking on Front Street is the winter problem. The gated lot at 91 Front Street sells monthly college passes at BinghamtonParking.com.

From us: 8 Main and 11 Main in downtown Binghamton. We do not own a unit on the West Side or in Vestal.
They share some off-campus blocks, but Vestal is BU-adjacent and farther from SUNY Broome. Do not mix the two commutes without driving them.
