Bring ID, income or aid, and references, and a $45 TransUnion screening on Zillow. After the lease starts, rent is Zillow ACH at no fee, or a check. Maintenance comes to leasing@binghamtonliving.com, or from tenant sign-in after you move in. Rent still pays on Zillow.

The about page lists 20 units across 5 buildings. When something needs fixing, you email leasing@binghamtonliving.com.

The units flagged as owned on this site are ours. We are not aggregating the whole county.

Why do I still apply on Zillow?

Screening, the lease, and the deposit stay on Zillow. ACH rent is free. We do not take a holding fee from someone who will not meet at the unit.

Who do I email when something breaks?
