The apartments we lease are studios at 8 Main, two-bedrooms at 11 Main, one-bedrooms at 81 Court Street, and two-bedrooms at Mason Hall and Riverside. A downtown studio and a Johnson City two-bedroom with heat in the rent are different products. The Mason Hall listings do not say electric is included. Occupancy is in the lease.
