Available NowA handful of our units are specifically suited for seniors — ground floor where possible, elevator access where not, no narrow staircases. Two of our buildings have elevators (88 Front and the Court Street Block). The other six are walk-ups, but we have ground-floor units in most.
We accept Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) applications. We do not raise rent more than 3-4% at renewal. If you have been a tenant for five-plus years, we cap renewal increases at 2%.
