Most of our family tenants are people who could buy a house in this market and choose to rent instead — often because they are new to the area and want to learn the neighborhoods first, or because they just do not want to deal with a furnace, a roof, and a lawn for a few years.

Available NowOur two- and three-bedroom apartments are mostly in our older brick buildings, where the rooms are bigger than what you get in newer construction. Square footage runs 950 to 1,450. Rents run $1,250 to $1,850.
Most of our family-sized units allow pets. Cats no problem. Dogs under 40 lb usually fine. Pet rent runs $25-50/month. We do twelve-month leases standard. If you are closing on a house mid-lease, we will work with you on an early-termination.
